Below are pictures of the Cadillacs in action at the March 16, 2005 taping of the PBS fund-raiser at the Sands Casino in Atlantic City. Here's what the photographer, Juicefree, had to say:

Following the emotional appearance of the great Levi Stubbs & the Four Tops, were Speedo and the Cadillacs. From an emotional standpoint that could have been a difficult act to follow. Professionals that Speedo and the Cadillacs are, they came through with flying colors.

First of all, they came out looking SHARP!!! That's what is missing from so many of today's acts. They come out on stage, pants hanging off they assess, in t-shirts & just looking like escapees from the Little Rascals. But every one of these groups was dressed tastfully and classy.

The second thing that stood out is that these gentlemen came to PERFORM. Speedo and the Cadillacs were just singing and strutting and doing their thing. As a 44 year old, their constant moving and energy made me ashamed of myself. As I watched them moving across that stage, visions of joining a health club drifted through my mind!

Speedo and the Cadillacs GAVE...IT...UP and held nothing back! They are consumate performers and the crowd thoroughly enjoyed their set. Speedo and the Cadillacs filled me with wonder and a sense of pride. Lord knows that these pioneers are still sounding great and in a perfect world they'd be headlining monthly at the biggest and best venues everywhere. They are indeed worthy of that.
